The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) is the statutory health regulatory body of Punjab, established to improve the quality of healthcare services by licensing and regulating public and private healthcare establishments across the province. It enforces minimum service delivery standards through inspections from its head office at 185 Ahmad Block, New Garden Town, Lahore and regional offices.
