The Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC) is a Government of Punjab-owned company working with local governments to improve municipal service delivery across the province. Based at Upper Mall Scheme in Lahore, PMDFC implements donor- and government-funded urban infrastructure programs, including water supply, sewerage, drainage and solid waste management projects such as the Punjab Cities Program.
