The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore is a public-sector medical university of the Government of Punjab that regulates and affiliates medical and dental colleges across the province. It runs its own academic and administrative departments at its Lahore campuses. Appointments are made on contract basis under the UHS Service Statutes 2005.
