Minimum Graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international institution.

Preference: Candidates holding a Master’s degree in business and/or professional certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP will be highly preferred.

Minimum 01 year of relevant banking experience in Sales and/or Relationship Management.

Selected candidates may be posted in any of the following cities: Abbottabad, Bannu, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Gujrat, Hyderabad, Jhang, Jhelum, Karachi, Larkana, Mianwali, Mirpurkhas, Multan, Peshawar, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Sukkur, Swat, and Vehari.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients to grow the Bank’s lending portfolio.
Promote NBP’s financing products, including working capital, trade finance, and term loans.
Analyze financial statements and business models of SME clients to accurately assess creditworthiness.
Prepare comprehensive credit proposals in full compliance with internal policies and SBP regulatory guidelines.
Regularly review the financial health of clients, monitoring accounts for early warning signals to mitigate risks.
Achieve assigned financial and non-financial targets, contributing to revenue and portfolio growth.
