1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy, ensuring sustainability, and managing risk assessment.

  • Qualifications: Member of a recognized body of professional accountants with 5 years of experience OR a Master’s degree in Finance/Business/Commerce with 10 years of senior-level experience in the public or development sector.

  • Key Skills: Expertise in IAS & IFRS standards and SECP regulations is mandatory.

2. Company Secretary (CS)

The Company Secretary ensures corporate governance compliance and acts as a legal and compliance guide for the organization.

  • Qualifications: Member of a recognized body of accountants or secretaries OR a Master’s degree in Business/Commerce OR a Graduation in Law (LLB).

  • Key Skills: Must have expertise in corporate laws, the Companies Act, and public sector compliance.
