The Islamic Banking Officer will be a core part of the Aitemaad Islamic Banking team. Key responsibilities include assisting in product development, conducting conversion research in line with best market practices, and developing new, innovative Islamic financial products to maximize bank revenues. The officer will help draft standard operating procedures (SOPs), product manuals, and legal documentation. Ensuring 100% Shariah compliance across all assigned tasks and participating in product-related training for branch staff are critical aspects of the role. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, excellent time management, and a solid command of the MS Office suite.

Education: Minimum Graduation from an HEC recognized university. (Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification preferred).

Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. (01 year of relevant banking experience preferred).

Important Instructions & Terms

Contract Duration: Employment will be on a contractual basis for 03 years, which may be renewed at the discretion of the Management.
Initial Posting: In case of selection, candidates will be required to serve at their initial place of posting (Karachi) for a minimum period of three years, and no request for transfer will be entertained.
