The Programme Monitoring & Implementation Unit (PMIU), under the School Education Department, Government of the Punjab, is executing a transformative project titled “Getting Results: Access and Delivery of quality Education Services and System Transformation in Punjab (GRADES-STP)”. Supported by the World Bank through a GPE-funded initiative, this project aims to strengthen foundational learning, increase enrollment, and advance system-wide educational reforms across the province.

2	Associate Finance	Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education	01	The Associate Finance for the Literacy & Non-Formal Basic Education Department will manage and oversee the financial aspects of educational projects supported by the World Bank. This entails handling budgeting, financial reporting, and ensuring strict compliance with both World Bank guidelines and government financial procedures. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ACCA, CA, or a related discipline, paired with at least 3 years of professional experience. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with program directors and external auditors are critical to maintaining financial transparency and supporting systemic educational reforms across Punjab. 3	Associate Coordination	Special Education	01	This coordination role is dedicated to the Special Education sector, aiming to enhance access and quality of educational services for special needs students. The associate will facilitate cross-departmental communication, monitor project milestones, and ensure that system-wide reforms are effectively implemented. A Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Social Science, Public Administration, or Communication is essential. The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in public or private organizations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional teamwork capabilities and a deep understanding of government procedures to navigate the administrative landscape and deliver impactful educational transformations. 4	Associate Finance	Special Education	01	The Associate Finance for Special Education will be responsible for the meticulous financial management of targeted educational initiatives under the GRADES-STP project. Key duties include budget tracking, financial forecasting, and ensuring adherence to complex World Bank and governmental financial regulations. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, ACCA, or CA. A minimum of 3 years of relevant financial experience is required, preferably within the education or public sector. The role demands high integrity, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to seamlessly integrate financial operations with broader educational policy goals and structural reforms. The role involves comprehensive financial planning, fund disbursement tracking, and ensuring all financial activities align with statutory requirements and project objectives. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ACCA, or CA is mandatory, along with at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in national or international organizations. The candidate must excel in a collaborative environment and possess the financial acumen necessary to support large-scale, system-wide educational transformation initiatives across the Punjab province. 6	Remedial Officer	PMIU	01	The Remedial Officer at PMIU will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and monitoring learning improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening foundational education across Punjab. This senior role involves evaluating educational outcomes, identifying learning gaps, and deploying remedial strategies to boost student enrollment and performance. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, or Management. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with a strong preference for backgrounds in educational program implementation and monitoring & evaluation (M&E). This role is crucial for delivering measurable educational quality improvements.	Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Education, Public Policy, Political Science, Economics, Management.
