2	Deputy Chief Works & Infrastructure Development	10	40 Years	01	This senior engineering role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and management of large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Punjab’s schools. The Deputy Chief will analyze technical drawings, BOQs, and project reports, ensuring compliance with PPRA rules and government financial regulations. Strong coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills are essential to manage contractors and bridge the gap between project design and on-ground implementation.	Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. (Master’s preferred). Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in public sector infrastructure.
3	Assistant Manager Architect	8	40 Years	01	The Assistant Manager Architect will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, working drawings, and reviewing IFC/execution plans. The role requires extensive coordination with contractors for medium to large-scale building projects. The architect must have a deep understanding of building bylaws, zoning regulations, and construction detailing. Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp, and 3D rendering software is highly preferred to create accurate and modern educational facility designs. 4	Documentation Officer	7	35 Years	01	The Documentation Officer manages the meticulous drafting, filing, and organization of project contracts and legal documents. This role requires high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), PDF tools (Adobe Acrobat), and hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS). The officer will ensure all project records, compliance reports, and communications are systematically archived and readily accessible for audits and reviews. 5	Animator & Editor	8	40 Years	01	The Animator & Editor will create visually compelling multimedia content to communicate the department’s initiatives. Responsibilities include 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, video editing, storyboarding, and concept visualization. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D software (Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya). This creative role is crucial for producing high-quality promotional and educational videos for corporate and social media platforms. 6	Drone Operator	6	35 Years	01	The Drone Operator provides vital aerial surveying and digital mapping services for school infrastructure projects. Duties include conducting pre-flight checks, performing routine maintenance, and capturing high-quality aerial imagery and videos under various weather conditions. The operator must be proficient in drone navigation apps, GIS mapping software (ArcGIS, Pix4D, Drone Deploy), and post-processing tools (Photoshop, Lightroom) to conduct accurate aerial inspections. This technical role involves extensive API integration, UI/UX coordination, and managing background connectivity using modern platforms such as Laravel, Node.js, and Firebase. The developer must be familiar with deployment processes on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring apps run smoothly for end-users.	16 years of education in Computer Science / IT / Software Engineering. 3-5 years post-qualification relevant experience in mobile app development.
