Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate housing market dynamics, develop robust economic models to support infrastructure investments, and formulate policies that strongly encourage private sector participation. You will rigorously assess the cost-effectiveness of alternative housing solutions for low-income segments, ensure strict compliance with World Bank economic appraisal guidelines, and provide strategic advice on regulatory reforms. This critical role requires exceptional analytical skills and the practical ability to design energy-efficient housing finance mechanisms that seamlessly align with provincial development goals.
