The Directorate of Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI), Health Department, Government of Sindh, has announced one of the largest recruitment drives for the year 2026. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates possessing the domicile and PRC of the respective Union Councils (UCs) and Districts of Sindh to fill a massive 970 vacancies.

These contract-based positions are for Vaccinators (BPS-06) and aim to strengthen the immunization infrastructure at the grassroots level across the entire province. The recruitment process is being conducted transparently through the National Testing Service (NTS). District-Wise Vacancy Distribution (Highlights)

The 970 vacancies are distributed across all divisions and districts of Sindh down to the Union Council (UC) level. Major districts include:

  • Karachi Division: Central, East, South, West, Korangi, Malir, Keamari.

  • Hyderabad Division: Hyderabad, Dadu, Badin, Jamshoro, Matiari, Sujawal, Tando Allahyar, Tando Muhammad Khan, Thatta.

  • Sukkur & Larkana Divisions: Sukkur, Ghotki, Khairpur, Larkana, Shikarpur, Jacobabad, Kashmore, Qambar Shahdadkot.

  • Mirpurkhas & SBA Divisions: Mirpurkhas, Tharparkar, Umerkot, Sanghar, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushahro Feroze.

Important Rules & Quotas

  • Quotas: 15% quota is strictly reserved for Women, 5% for Minorities, and 5% for Disabled Persons.

  • Passing Marks: Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the NTS written test to qualify.

  • Local Preference: Candidates will be appointed in their respective Union Councils. In case no candidate is available in a specific UC, candidates from the adjacent UC or Taluka will be considered.

How to Apply via NTS

Eligible candidates must follow the digital application procedure outlined below:

  1. Online Application: Visit the official National Testing Service (NTS) website at www.nts.org.pk and fill out the online application form.

  2. Application Fee: Generate the fee slip and deposit a non-refundable test fee of Rs. 500/- via 1Link, 1Bill, Mobile Banking Apps (Easypaisa/JazzCash/TCS), or any participating bank.

  3. Submission: After paying the fee, submit the online application. There is no need to send hard copies of the application form or documents to the NTS headquarters at this stage.

  4. Updates: Candidates will be informed about the test date, time, and venue via SMS from NTS. Roll number slips can also be downloaded from the NTS portal.
